If my product arrived damaged, can I request a replacement or a refund?+-

If your product arrived in poor condition, you can request a replacement or a refund. It's important to notify us within the first 24 hours of receiving your
order. To process the claim, please send us photos of the damaged item (broken, cracked) along with the box from different angles as evidence of the poor condition in which you received your purchase to the email info@mayanshul.com
