Gourmet Mole Poblano

So delicious and so easy. One of my very favorite foods. I have shared with my parents and all the flavors are authentic and TASTY. To have this product be so easy to use, low sodium and gluten free is a dream come true for me. This brand of mole is the only mole I use!

One of the most exciting foods I've tasted outside Mexico, (and I just got some Hoja santa, so it's close.) Find your veicle for this fabuous sauce! It was a blustery day... Mayunshul mole, onions, garlic, broth, pinto beans= delicious satiety!

Very easy to work with and makes a perfect mole.

I try to eat healthy and find alternatives to higher calorie sauces. This mole is extremely low calorie and carbohydrates, yet is delicious! I just mix it with water and heat (stock can be used also), then store in the fridge. A couple of spoonfuls on my protein and cauliflower rice makes me feel like I’m having a gourmet meal!

I used the whole package in my home made chili [8-10qts.], beans, meat, onions, peppers, garlic, crushed tomatoes, etc. to spruce up the taste. It added a whole new level of taste, very complex flavors, I can never go back.
Update: I'm still using it in my chili but with some restraint as it can make it too sweet. For my sauce I now use canned Italian tomatoes[crushed up] and paste, the aroma while this is cooking is heaven.

I’m a fine dining yacht chef & Mayanshul Mole is my fav! Other similar mole’s can be grainy, not this one! Great quality superfood ingredients & fantastic end product! Delicious & consistent every time!

As a Mexican living in the US I always look for traditional food easy to prepare and this product is exactly what I was looking for, Mole with rich flavor, easy to prepare but also what was a plus, was to find that ingredients are healthier less fat, less calories and super foods included.

Flavor is great, and if you are a real mole lover you can add chocolate, or pepper, or another flavors to make your own recipe, if you are like me not good with cooking this is a great solution.
