🧂 Ingredients:
1 Cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
1 ½ Cups unsweetened almond or oat milk
2 Tablespoons Mayanshul Mexican Drinking Chocolate powder
👩🍳 Instructions:
1. In a jar or airtight container, combine all ingredients and mix well until the chocolate powder is fully dissolved.
2. Seal and refrigerate Overnight Mexican Chocolate Oats with Prebiotics or for at least 4 hours.
3. Serve chilled. Optional: top with sliced strawberries, shredded coconut, cacao nibs, or chopped nuts.
