Overnight Mexican Chocolate Oats with Prebiotics

Great for: a fiber-rich breakfast, post-workout snack, or light evening meal.

🧂 Ingredients:

1 Cup old-fashioned rolled oats

1 Tablespoon chia seeds

1 ½ Cups unsweetened almond or oat milk

2 Tablespoons Mayanshul Mexican Drinking Chocolate powder

👩🍳 Instructions:

1. In a jar or airtight container, combine all ingredients and mix well until the chocolate powder is fully dissolved.

2. Seal and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.

3. Serve chilled. Optional: top with sliced strawberries, shredded coconut, cacao nibs, or chopped nuts.
