🧂 Ingredients:

2 Ripe bananas, frozen

1 Cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk)

3 Tablespoons Mayanshul Mexican Drinking Chocolate powder

1/2 Teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Pinch of cinnamon

Optional toppings: cacao nibs, chopped walnuts, shredded coconut

👩🍳 Instructions:

1. Slice the bananas and freeze them for at least 6 hours or overnight.

2. In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine the frozen bananas, plant-based milk, Mayanshul chocolate powder, vanilla, and cinnamon.

3. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if needed for blending.

4. Serve immediately as soft-serve or freeze for 30 minutes for a firmer texture.
